OFFICE ASSISTANT (20+ hrs a week)
Bugaloe is hiring again! This time we are looking for a person to support our back office with various tasks in Accounting, HR and Marketing. Interested?
The Office Assistant offers support in the following areas:
Human Recources:
You will be the contact person between Bugaloe and the company that handles all our work permits. You will collect documents of personnel, keep track of the whole process and make sure the applications are being handled in an accurate way. Keeping personnel files up to date and preparing the yearly manpower planning will also be your responsibility.
Accounting:
You will administer accounts payable and handle credit card reconciliation. You will assist with, and at times, manage the monthly payroll administration. Filing various documents online as well as physically
will be amongst various other daily administrative tasks.
Marketing:
You will assist with guest correspondence and the Bugaloe gift card registration and transactions. Supporting during guest events (set up and/or hosting) and special holidays (preparing and/or pick up various necessary materials) will be part of the job.
Requirements:
Age: between 25 and 40 years;
Education: MBO or equal;
Knowledge: Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office;
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative job;
Languages: Eng/Dutch (both verbally and written), Pap/Spa are recommended;
